Anne Holker

Anne M.  Holker is the Managing Director of Leasing at AmTrustRE, where she leads office and retail leasing for the firm’s Northeastern portfolio. Since joining AmTrust more than two decades ago, Anne has been instrumental in overseeing the growth of the firm’s activity, playing critical roles in acquisitions, leasing, development, dispositions, and financing as the firm increased the square footage in its portfolio more than tenfold. She has leased more than 15M sf at the company and been involved in assets exceeding $3B in value. She has successfully negotiated marquee leases including WeWork’s newest Downtown location, Fitness International, for their first NY Club Studio, significant City and State of New York leases and a wide range of public and private-sector office tenants. Anne played a critical role in developing The Amberly and 203 Jay Street, a mixed-use project in Brooklyn, working with stakeholders including architects, city agencies and brokers on every aspect of development and lease-up. Prior to joining AmTrust, Anne worked at Integrated Resources for nine years, where she led leasing and management efforts for 20 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail as the national co-president. Anne earned a B.S. in Education and Speech from SUNY NY, is a Certified Shopping Center Manager with ICSC, formerly a member of BOMA and REBNY.
