Jonathan Bennett
Jonathan Bennett is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. As President of AmTrust RE, Jonathan oversees acquisitions and portfolio optimization for the company’s approximately 12 million square feet of assets in major markets throughout the United States. Since joining the company, Jonathan has spearheaded new acquisitions and repositioning efforts for AmTrustRE’s longstanding properties. Notable projects include acquiring 360 Lexington and 260 Madison, repositioning 250 Broadway and 59 Maiden Lane, developing new amenities, integrating advanced technology, and implementing strategies to strengthen tenant relationships.
Before joining AmTrustRE, Jonathan served as Managing Director at Nakash Holdings, where he oversaw a broad portfolio of investments across asset classes including hospitality, retail, office, and multifamily. His leadership was instrumental in landmark acquisitions such as the Versace Mansion, The Setai Miami Beach, and major retail properties on the Las Vegas Strip.
