Bill Greenhaus

Bill Greenhaus is the Vice President of Information Technology at AmTrustRE. He is responsible for technology throughout the organization, including systems that serve both the corporate enterprise and property infrastructure. On staff since 2021, his association with AmTrustRE began as a consulting relationship more than 20 years before. Prior to joining AmTrustRE, Bill was a principal at REdirect Inc., the global real estate technology consulting firm he founded in 1999. REdirect grew out of William Greenhaus Inc., formed several years earlier, to meet an underserved need for expertise combining technology with the business of real estate.

Bill began his career in real estate at Williams Real Estate Co. (later GVA Williams) developing PC based point solutions as part of a special projects team. He rose from there to head the IT department where he greatly expanded the technology footprint.

He has a degree in philosophy from SUNY Purchase and lives in Manhattan with his wife.
