Dan Shapiro

Daniel Shapiro is the Director of Leasing at AmTrustRE. He oversees leasing for AmTrustRE’s Central US Region, including leasing strategy and marketing, establishing and building broker relationships, negotiating and executing tenant renewals, working and collaborating with construction teams, and preparing detailed reports for senior management. He started his career as the Leasing and Asset Manager for Manulife Real Estate, managing a diverse Midwest portfolio consisting of office towers, industrial buildings and multi-family properties. He also worked for EQT Exeter as a Market Officer for Leasing & Acquisitions. He is a member of COLBA (Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association) and IRE (Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers). Daniel graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BA in Political Science.
