Erik Tanner

Erik Tanner is the Vice President of Operations and Engineering at AmTrustRE. He is responsible for operational and management oversight of the AmTrustRE portfolio, along with the support of asset, acquisition, leasing, and construction teams. Prior to joining AmTrustRE in 2007, Erik worked for New York University, where he oversaw the mechanical infrastructure for academic facilities that included more than seventy properties.  He was also the Portfolio Manager at GVA Williams, where he was responsible for all NYC assets, including the opening of two development projects. He is a former member of Building Owners & Managers Association of NY (BOMA), The Real Estate Board of NY (REBNY), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Erik graduated from NYU’s Schack Institute with a BS in Real Estate.
