Patrick Kearney
Managing Director
Patrick Kearney is the Managing Director at AmTrustRE. He oversees AmTrustRE’s Central US Region, leading their development, acquisition, and asset management efforts across all property types. Previously, he led the Central US Region for Tishman Speyer where he was responsible for a variety of successful large-scale ground-up and redevelopment efforts across the US. Over his 20+ year career, Patrick has acquired, developed, and sold more than 35 million SF and $10 billion of commercial property. In addition to serving on various boards of directors, Patrick is an active member of ULI and UWREAA. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Real Estate.
