Rubin Bendelstein is the Director of Construction and Development at AmTrustRE, where he leads construction, repositioning, and development initiatives across the company’s New York portfolio. Since joining AmTrustRE, Rubin has overseen 1M+ square feet of construction and development projects across the New York region. He is closely involved in design concepts and project execution, guiding work from early planning and entitlement through permitting, construction, and close-out. With 15 years in the industry, Rubin has led ground-up development and repositioning efforts for notable properties in and around New York. Leading a disciplined, detail-driven team, he brings a hands-on perspective to complex urban projects, with experience spanning design coordination, consultant management, and construction oversight, bridging concept, execution, and long-term asset value.
